If your email is not working for you, you should check our Service Status page to see if we are currently experiencing any problems. Look for Email Services, if that is green then there isn't a problem with the mail servers at the moment.
Can you login into webmail using your email address and account password?
If so, then it's likely to be a problem with your mail client settings or local computer/device setup.
